It has been since 1,5 years that I am blogging at WordPress. I have to admit that I never tried any other blogging platform, so my feeling is obviously of a very subjective matter.
My passion about Wordpess has developed with the growth of Wordpres itself and with my ability to use it and to apply this great media to so many things in my life.
So what fascinates me about WordPress that much?
– great community and it`s support (WordPress News, etc.)
– absense of adsens!!!!
– easy usage and still sophisticated look
– possibility to use a blog for something very different that typical blogging– like the organisation/coordination of a congress! What was really great is that somehow it was clear for WordPress that this particular blog did not want any publicity and despite huge number of clicks it never showed up in the WordPress news 😉
– dynamism and power of something very positive and cool
And when I tell my friends about blogging – inspiring others to start blogging or giving suggestions on project online support, I feel like… yes, I feel like a WordPress Warrior!

I didnt notice it until now, but you’re right – there’s no ads here. I was always focused on the content, so I never noticed the lack of ads.
They say, “When you do things right, people won’t be sure you’ve done anything at all.”
@ john noyce “blogspot warriors rank higher in google search. :)- ” – I have no expreince of blogspot, but Google search is not everything! :)) Although…apart from hundreds of WordPress people I get every day, It is always about 50 visits I get only because of the Google Search… Can not complain 🙂
@Bad Karma: yea, I value it very hight, – a quiet place withough annoing ads… almost like a paradise! Seriously , I believe that as soon as money come into something you do out of love, your focus changes and the material motivation will start dominating. I am pretty sure, YOU will agree with me :))
I do not know about wordpress warrior but I can tell you that your blog is an inspiration. I am sure like me , many of them are inspired by you.
