The finest art of communication January 5, 2008

“She manifests a certain culture, a certain way of behaving… refinement, gentility, a softness…

If anyone arrives, she will immediately provide something to eat. Attention to detail – she will remember some absurd little detail about someone years later and that will make people feel good. The art is how to make people feel good, how to put people at their ease and the ability to do it. She knows exactly how to make you feel relaxed, feel good. She`ll never show you up. She will never make you feel bad. She will have these monstrous people around sometimes and she will gently work around their ego, will find a way around it and put them at their ease.

When there is someone who has a terrible ego, she will rarely blast that ego. She will do everything she can to make that person feel at ease and forget their angularities.

When she first meets people, her first concern is to put them at their ease and she knows how to do it and what to say. She will find out and remember what you like and don´t like. She will remember something you said to her years and years ago and she will bring it out when she needs to make you feel good. Everything she does is like that.”

    mee too 🙂
What is the most amazing thins about that: it sound so simple and so logical! However – how often do we do exaclty the oposite. We just blast the ego of others. Then they blast ours… and so on… it is going on like that and i guess that it the main reason for so, so many troubles!
