I am proud of my princesses!

They used to be green, immature cherries: growing wild and uncertain, knowing nothing of themselves, desperately looking for happiness and love…

They used to be simple pretty girls till one day they became aware of their royal dignity and female powers.

They found out that actually every one of them is nothing less than a princess: good hearted, beautiful, generous, loving and forgiving.

Today they are shining like these fresh jolly cherries on the picture, with the most beautiful colors of life: glowing eyes, beaming faces, open hearts, lovely dresses, gorgeous smiles…

Who will not recognise princesses in them immediately? Continue reading ‘I am proud of my princesses!’

Meditation is like drinking

Meditation is like drinking the most incredible drink, drinking not with your mouth but with the top of your head… Amazing state!

This sensation is unique and still very recognisable by everyone who is a realised person. I know it is absolutely useless to describe it to those who have not yet experienced that blissful state, but this is something so powerfully beautiful that I just can not keep myself from singing praise to it!..

When I feel the cool breeze on top of my head (normally I almost always feel it, but it gets cooler and stronger while meditating) it feels absolutely real like a soothing and gentle shower coming down my head, cooling my brain… Continue reading ‘Meditation is like drinking’

The Lamp

A saw a funny lamp in a shop-window

“How ugly!” – I thought and moved on.

A friend of mine has bought that lamp

I saw it lit up: “How beautiful!” – I thought.

How often do we pass by a funny, miserable person

And walk away?

How often do we light up the others

When we really can?

Is there universal morality beyond culture and religion?

I was invited by Chatherine Morgan to write a guest post to her Blog “Be the change you want to see in yourself” - thanks for the oppotunity, Catherine! I decide on a topic that can be of intreset for many, I hope.

Is there universal morality beyond culture and religion?

Today the talks of intercultural/cross-cultural communication are getting more and more popular: East and West, South and North are facing each other closer, trying to check out the differences for better understanding. What comes out of it has mostly the following leitmotive: “We are so much different; culture has impact on everything; always watch out the culture factor; religious background explaines everything; religions are so different, no wonder there are missunderstandings…” And so on…

Some time ago I was very keen on such topics and used to find my pleasure in revealing astonishing cultural differences to my friends or clients. However at some point I realised that it all leads only to separation and not to understanding and collaboration!

Further I relised that there must be some universal values, common for every human being. Some universal values going beyond culture or religion.  Continue reading ‘Is there universal morality beyond culture and religion?’

Scientific picture of the real world

I am very astonished that the scintific picture of the real world is very deficient.

It gives a lot of information, puts all our experience in a magnificently consistent order, but it is ghastly silent about all and sundry that is really near to our heart, that really matters to us.

It cannot tell a word about red and blue, bitter and swett, physical pain and physical delight, knows nothing of beautiful and ugly, good or bad, God and eternity.

Science sometimes pretends to answer questions in these domains, but the answers are very often so silly that we are not inclined to take them seriously.

Why do my eyes glow?

People say that is the first thing that strikes about me – that my eyes shine :)

However there is nothing special about it, as it is just one of the 1000 pleasant side-effects after getting the Self-Realisation (Kundalini-awakening) and practicing Sahaja Yoga.

No one knows for sure, but they say it has something to do with the activating of the parasympathetic nervous system at the moments of thoughtless awareness (mediation).

Interestingly, this has been not only known but also described by some great saints of the past. Jyaneshwara (1275-1296), one of the greatest sages of India describes it in his script “Jyaneshwari”, Chapter  VI as follows: Continue reading ‘Why do my eyes glow?’

The Ego and the Super Ego

Our ego is the means by which we make our way through life, without we would simply sit and vegetate. Our sense of “I”, our mental awareness of self and our drive to accomplish necessary tasks are all driven by the ego, and it is perfectly natural part of our human makeup.

However, problems can arise when we become too identified with this sense of I-ness. When this happens we become increasingly isolated from the world and begin to lose sight of our true relationship with the cosmic ocean in which we exist.

The super ego is that part of us which relates to our emotional makeup, in effect the home of our conditionings. As we mature, this subtle entity interacts with our ego to reinforce our prejudice and opinions. Continue reading ‘The Ego and the Super Ego’

Who is Mr. Ego?

My recent post “Freedom is Ego” seems to be too refreshing and I promissed to my dear readers to follow up with the topic.

I made a point that almost all the choices we make are ego-based. That means that this so-called freedom is also ego-based and in fact it is mostly only our ego that is free to choose!

The true freedom is only possible outside the ego-games, but this is not clear until one experienced it in the realm of spirituality

Mr.Ego is ruling over people, every minute of that crazy daily life. But how can we identify him? Continue reading ‘Who is Mr. Ego?’

Blog credibility (German Blog Study 2007)

Coming back to the German Blogs Study 2007 I quoted some days back, there is some more interesting information on blogs.

What kind of blogs get the highest credibility?

  • The Study shows that the least credible are the corporate blogs (26,4% do not trust their content)
  • Only 12,1% do not trust the content of privat blogs
  • Media- and journalists` blogs are highly credible (from 4 to 7% blog-useres do not trust them)
  • But the top-credibility prise goes to the expert-blogs (only 2.1% do not trust them!)

Unfortunately the Study does not differentiate privat blogs with adSence and without, I am sure there will be some difference in Ranking. Continue reading ‘Blog credibility (German Blog Study 2007)’

People want to be like flowers

photo von axinia

People want to be like flowers

beautiful, blossoming

They put on make up

and wear smart clothes.

And they do look good,

and even like flowers

But they have no fragrance…

Where is this fragrance gone?

It is gone with the scream of an abused child,

It is gone with the tear of an abandoned mother,

It is gone with the worship of gold.
